Joining the team does not guarantee that you will receive every book. Invitations may depend on release timing, available places, preferred reading formats and whether a particular story is likely to suit you.

You are always free to decline an ARC invitation.

What I ask from ARC readers

When you accept an advance copy, I ask that you:

  • Read the book by the requested date whenever reasonably possible

  • Consider leaving an honest review after reading

  • Make it clear that you received a free advance copy when required

  • Never share, copy, upload, sell or distribute the ARC file

  • Let me know if circumstances prevent you from completing the book

  • Keep unpublished story details and advance material private

You are never required to write a positive review.

I want your genuine response to the book, not praise you do not mean. Receiving a free copy does not create an obligation to like it. Reviews are always voluntary and should follow the rules of the platform where they are posted.

A little about the books

Rosehill Island is home to twelve couples, an alarming amount of community interference and a great many people discovering that desire does not politely disappear after forty.

The Island Hours books are high-heat romantic comedies featuring older protagonists, Australian humour, complicated adult lives, explicit intimacy and happily-ever-afters earned by people who have already lived enough to know what love can cost.

These books contain adult language and explicit sexual content. ARC applicants must be at least eighteen years old.

The doors are opening to the Eliza Flint Advance Reader Copy Team.

ARC readers receive selected Eliza Flint books before publication and help give each new Rosehill Island romance its best possible beginning.

If you enjoy older lovers, sharp banter, island gossip, complicated grown-up lives and explicit romance between people who are very much old enough to know what they are doing, you may be exactly the reader I’m looking for.

What ARC readers receive

Romance with genuine emotional, spicy heat.

We deserve romances about people who should know better, but choose the beautiful, sun-drenched trouble anyway. Real love is messy, witty and worth the gossip.
