Island Hours is a twelve-book series of high-heat romantic comedies set on Rosehill Island, a small Australian community where everybody knows everybody, gossip travels faster than the ferry and keeping your love life private is mostly wishful thinking.

Each book follows a different older couple and can be read as a complete standalone romance, while familiar faces, places and community dramas carry across the series. Expect sharp banter, close-knit island life, messy histories, strong chemistry, explicit open-door intimacy and guaranteed happy endings.

The series puts later-in-life romance firmly at center stage. These are characters with history behind them, complicated lives around them and absolutely no intention of being finished with love, sex or making questionable decisions about either. Rosehill Island itself becomes part of the story, with its harbour, ferry, cottages, gardens, pub, community politics and endless supply of people who know far too much about everyone else.

Too Private to Publish, the first Island Hours novel, releases on 1 October 2026. The second book follows on 1 November 2026, with more Rosehill Island couples to come.
